Standard Terms and conditions

• Room with breakfast? We will deduct 9,00 € from the half-board price.
• Short stays? For stays of 4 days and under, we will charge a surcharge of 10,00 € per person, per day.
• Reservation? A reservation is only binding when confirmed in writing by fax, e-mail or post.
  
• Arrival and departure? Your room or apartment will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. When leaving, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:30.
• Dogs: Dogs are allowed, except in common rooms. We will charge 10,00 €, not including food. Please bring a basket and blanket with you.
• Garage parking space? Is available. 7,00 € per day.
• Bus connections? They’re excellent! To Meran and many other destinations.
• Arriving by train? Good idea – we’ll pick you up from Naturns station, free of charge.
• Internet browsing station and WLAN available in the reception area.
• Cancellation? Cancellations are only possible in writing. We won’t charge you a thing if you cancel 2 months prior to the date of your arrival! We will charge 70% of the total amount for cancellations at short notice. TIP! We recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance, this can be arranged in exchange for a small fee at any travel agent.
• Hotel bill? You can pay cash, by Eurocard, Visa, or Mastercard. Please check with your bank whether you can use your card abroad.
