The local tax is € 3.10 per night for guests aged 14 and older.
How much does a garage space cost?
A garage space costs € 14.00 per day.

Included in: Suite Belvedere; Suite Deluxe; Suite Hochwart; Junior-Suite Deluxe; Junior-Suite Deluxe Naturns.
Are parking spaces free?
Yes — parking spaces directly at the hotel are free.
How much does a late check-out cost?
A late check-out costs € 40.00 per person, including use of pool, wellness area, sauna, and afternoon buffet.
2. Arrival & Departure
From when can I check in?
From 15:00.
Until when do I have to check out?
Until 10:30.
Is there a pick-up service from the station?
Yes — we pick up guests free of charge from Naturns train station.
Are there direct flights to South Tyrol?
Yes — there are direct flights to Bolzano from several German cities.
3. Pets
How much does a dog cost per day?
A dog costs € 18.00 per day (without food).
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Yes — dogs are welcome in the farmhouse-style lounge, at the bar, and in the common room.
Please note: dogs are not allowed in the dining room, on the roof terrace, or on the sunbathing lawn.
What do I need to bring for my dog?
Please bring your own dog basket and blanket.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes — two charging stations are available.
How much does a kWh cost?
A kWh costs € 0.50.
What is the power rating of the charging stations?
The charging station has 10 kW charging capacity.

Do all rooms have air conditioning?
No. Air conditioning is available in the following room types: DZ Traumblick, DZ Deluxe, DZ Turm, DZ Superior, Suite Hochwart, Junior-Suite Deluxe, Junior-Suite Deluxe Naturns, Suite Deluxe, Suite Belvedere, Single room, Zimmer Landliebe.
6. Wellness & Fitness – Opening Hours
Swimming pool: daily 07:00 – 19:30
Sauna: daily 14:00 – 19:00
Fitness room: daily 07:00 – 19:30
Is there thermal water in the hotel?
Yes — our wellness area uses Naturns thermal water, available in two whirlpools for a particularly soothing and relaxing bathing experience.
Are wellness bags provided in the rooms?
Yes — bathrobe and bath towels are provided.
What wellness services are offered?
· Finnish sauna with large panoramic window and mountain view
· Bio-sauna
· Steam bath
· Experience showers
· Various relaxation rooms
· Thermal whirlpools
· Indoor pool with access to outdoor pool

What meal plans are available?
Overnight stay + breakfast or “pampering-pension” (breakfast, afternoon cake buffet, and dinner).
Are special dietary needs accommodated?
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot offer vegan meals.
8. Activities
Are guided hikes, bike tours and yoga free?
Yes — guided hikes, bike tours and yoga sessions are free of charge.
Additionally: one guided hike per week and two yoga sessions per week are offered.
The bike tours are free for guests and conducted by the Ötzi Bike Academy in Naturns.
Is there a bike storage room?
Yes — a locked, video-monitored bike room with e-bike charging stations is available free of charge.
9. Internet & Payment
Is there WiFi?
Yes — free WiFi throughout the entire hotel.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard.
10. South Tyrol GuestPass / Mobility
What is the South Tyrol GuestPass?
The GuestPass allows free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol.
11. Cancellation Policy
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Until 1 month before arrival.
What fees apply for later cancellation?
Starting one month before arrival, 80% of the booking amount will be charged.
What happens in case of no-show or early departure?
The entire stay will be charged.
12. Travel Insurance
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes — the “European Travel Insurance” cancellation protection offered on the website is recommended.
