Standard terms and conditions
- Reservation? A reservation is only binding when confirmed in writing by fax, e-mail or post.
- Arrival and departure? Your room will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. When leaving, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:30.
- Dogs: Dogs are allowed, except in common rooms. We will charge 18,00 €, not including food. Please bring a basket and blanket with you.
- Garage parking space? Is available. 10,00 € per day.
- Bus connections? They’re excellent! To Meran and many other destinations.
- Arriving by train? Good idea – we’ll pick you up from Naturns station, free of charge.
- Internet browsing station and WLAN for free, available in the reception area.
- Cancellation? Cancellations, early departure:
Up to 1 month before the start of your vacation there are no cancellation costs
From 1 month before arrival we charge 80% of the booking amount
In the event of early departure or no-show, we charge the entire booking amount
- Hotel bill? You can pay cash, by Eurocard, Visa, or Mastercard. Please check with your bank whether you can use your card abroad.
